End of Semester Assessments
Today's goal are simple: at the end of the semester it is a time to look back, reflect, and make changes to improve our futures. Yours, mine, and the class. So today we will be assessing you, me, and the class!

Teacher Assessment
Please open a Microsoft Office Document and write "Dear Ms. Panther," in the top left corner. This is your final piece of writing for my class. I will read these letters over break. I encourage you to think about the following questions:
This is your time to honestly express anything that will make me a better teacher and a better person. While responses like "I like you! You're cool!" are kind and heartwarming, they are not especially helpful. The same thing goes for responses like, "Your voice is annoying." That does not offer a solution, so it only works as an insult. If you add something like, "More videos to explain assignments." then it's a solution to the problem!
Save the letter and upload it (below) to submit. Thank you in advance for all your suggestions and input as I continue to become a better teacher.
- If you took this class again, what about the way Ms. Panther teaches do you hope stays the same? What do you hope changes?
- If you took this class again, what about the way Ms. Panther acts do you stays the same? What do you hope changes?
- Did you feel safe in this class to express your opinions, speak freely, make mistakes? Why or why not?
- How could Ms. Panther have made this classroom a better place for students (she doesn't have control over computers working, the drills in the back room, or the heating/A.C.!)?
